Role insight:

The Group IT Security lead/ISO will lead and manage all cyber security activities for Tristone Group. He/she will support the global cyber security strategy as well as the local technology strategy implementations. The role is principally responsible for the information security strategy and program of our company, including but not limited to information security policies and procedures.

His/her duties will include managing incidents and request service raised internally or by our external customers. This is a challenging and important hands-on role combining ISO responsibilities with technical skills and project activities. Travels will be required for the mission.

Your impact:

Support the management board in defining and changing the information security policy and advising on all issues of information security

Regularly report and inform our senior management about the status of security in our company and any necessary measures

Local implementation and monitoring of group level security policies and controls and where necessary, adapting to local regulatory requirements

Management and coordination of the company information security processes as well as monitoring of the involvement of IT service providers and assisting in any related tasks

Support the preparation and updating of technology contingency plan

Act as a contact for any questions relating to information security coming from within the company or from third parties

Examine information security data and reporting to group security and/or management

Provide leadership, together with the Group IT Operations Manager and the Infrastructure team, in case of attack, threat, or other security incidents to minimize impact both internally and externally

Carry out tests aimed at detecting abnormal activities, security threats and identifying information security vulnerabilities

Provide group level support within the CET time zone

Act as a security consultant on projects in a team

We seek:

Risk management know-how

Disaster/crisis planning and management

Cryptographic and key infrastructure protocols know-how

Practice as a penetration tester, security consultant or SOC analyst

Pracitce with vulnerability scanning is an advantage

Information or cyber security practices is an advantage

Security frameworks including technical skills

Knowledge of the ISO2700/TISAX family of standards is an advantage

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar is an advance

Min 5 years on similar position

Experience with automotive industry is an advantage

Very good English in verbal and written form

Analytical skills

The ability to separate conceptual work

The ability to work in a team and experience with team lead

Flexibility and ability to handle stressfull situations
